Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or major U.S. holidays. During holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Areas

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or other locations outside the United States.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within our eligible shipping areas.

There is no minimum purchase required to receive free standard shipping. Any available shipping options will be shown at checkout before your order is completed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reliable carriers depending on the delivery address, package size, and carrier availability.

The final shipping carrier may vary based on your order and delivery location.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping destination and carrier service. Standard delivery usually takes several business days after the order has shipped.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Please review your order information carefully before placing your order.

Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or has already shipped, we may not be able to cancel the order, change the shipping address, or modify the items in the order.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping to APO/FPO addresses may be available depending on carrier restrictions and product eligibility. Please make sure the address is entered correctly at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking numbers may take 24–48 hours to update after the package has been picked up or scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an address error.

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at support@vlorart.com and include the following information:

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer shipping box and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the information and assist you with the next steps.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, porch, garage, front desk, building office, neighbors, or household members.

If the package still cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at support@vlorart.com for assistance.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
